David Jay Surveying Recruitment (DJSR) was established in 2003 by a group of long experienced Recruitment Consultants that specialise in the Surveying and Construction sectors.

About Us

It was in 2003 when Ashley decided to form his own Recruitment Practice, forming David Jay Surveying Recruitment; he’s always maintained two very simple goals, which have been the key to a successful agency:

  • To fully understand and have 'in-depth' knowledge in the sectors we recruit in.
  • Ensuring both client and candidate experience a fully comprehensive, and tailored recruitment package based on their requirements.

With this in mind we like to think both our candidates and clients feel happy and assured we are acting with their best interests at heart. With expert understanding and knowledge, it means we can match people with the best possible employment opportunities.

When not running the business Ashley enjoys spending every possible moment with the family, enjoying taking his young children to many of their sports activities of a weekend and playing taxi driver!
