Residential Valuation

We have recruited in the Residential Valuation sector for nearly two decades, we are a well-known brand with our clients and candidates.

What we do

Our client list is varied and diverse, we recruit for main corporate organisations (Panel Managers) to medium and small sized companies, thus giving candidates a range of surveying firms we market them forward to, hoping the decision making process isn’t too stressful when the job offers come in.

Over the years we have found Residential Valuation to be more and more popular as a sector of the RICS. Surveyors are home based carrying out Mortgage Valuations (Scheme 1) Homebuyer Reports (Scheme 2) and Building Surveys (Scheme 3) within a 25/30 mile radius of their home address.

Due to a severe shortage of Surveyors and increased work flows, there is a high demand and we are always happy to speak with those who come from other RICS designations, keen to cross over into the Residential Valuation sector. Whilst our offices are London based, our recruitment covers the UK wide with many vacancies in the South West, South East, London, Midlands, North East and North West.


Applications will be accepted from those with relevant valuation experience, as well as those with a training need and looking to cross over into the Residential Valuation sector. However please note those applying for such positions will need to be either AssocRICS or MRICS status.
